Day-to-day execution of the firm's initiatives is carried out by its principals under the guidance and support of deeply experienced operating advisors. Along with our in-house resources, we leverage strong industry support networks within our target markets to assist in our operational execution efforts.
 

Substantially all of our time, energy, and resources are focused on select market niches that we have developed high-conviction investment and value-creation theses around. These markets are experiencing clear tailwinds and are well positioned to benefit from consolidation and professionalization.
